Putter Grip – reverse overlap

The most common putting grip is the traditional reverse-overlap. This puts the entire right hand on the putter with both thumbs running down the center of the shaft, and with the forefinger of the left hand placed over the fingers of the right hand. This is like the traditional Vardon Grip or overlap grip, but instead of having your right pinky finger overlapping the left index finger, it is the other way round. This is by far the most popular grip style, it is usually very comfortable and the player has great control over the putter.
